Slitting

M&C Specialties can meet your slitting needs with three different styles of slitting tape that allows for tolerance control as low as +/-.005 on most materials:

Baloney or Lever Slitting is a fast turnaround process that, in most cases, keeps the tape on the original manufacturer's core. Converted widths down to .010 wide and up to 72" in width.

Rewind Slitting is appropriate where high-speed slitting or long length rolls are required. Non standard widths become standard for you.

Spool or Level Winding uses a rotary tool slit product put up in extremely long lengths to match your manufacturing requirements. Eliminates a lot of changeover when laminating to various substrates or plastic extrusions that are used as part of a retail POP display (point-of-purchase).

Laminating

Whether it is one layer or five, M&C Specialties can bring your idea to life. Versatility of equipment enables us to produce a variety of products that are not available from most major manufacturers. We can laminate and convert materials up to 60 inches wide. Patterned or zoned laminations can be accomplished to meet the most difficult of applications. Our heat laminators help bond difficult to adhere materials.
